And the daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin added a message about healthy living.

The Vogue star at one point said, ‘Genetics have really played a significant role but man does what you eat make a difference.’

The looker began: ‘I’ve been setting a lot of new intentions with the food that I’m putting in my body. I’m starting to do more research about where my food sources are coming from. I’m trying to be more sustainable and environmentally conscious about my food.

‘People say the kindest things about my skin. I can recommend some amazing products that have helped me tremendously in my life and in my development but what it really comes down to is what I eat. When I eat garbage, my skin drys out. My pores clog up. I look puffy. I look exhausted.

‘Genetics have really played a significant role but man does what you eat make a difference. Listening to your body is so important.’

She then added: ‘You don’t have to spend tons of money at Whole Foods either. You can support local farms. You can budget and shop wisely and within your means but still be health conscious. You are or will become what you eat so take care of yourself!!’

Days earlier she showed off her fit body in a red swimsuit. Her caption read, ‘I don’t wanna gooooooooooo.’

Baldwin was last seen on a red carpet at the Weedmaps Museum of Weed exclusive preview celebration in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The looker oozed glamour in a stunning champagne coloured slip Cult Gaia dress which showcased her flawless figure.

The slinky number effortlessly hugged her figure and put prominence on her plethora of arm tattoos.

Ireland went braless in the dress which featured spaghetti straps and also boasted a thigh-high split – putting prominence on her toned legs.

The rising actress made the most of her striking features with a bronzed coat of make-up, while her platinum blonde locks effortlessly tumbled down one side.

Ireland boosted her height in a pair of towering Cult Gaia heels, which showed off her red pedicure, as she effortlessly worked her angles.

The blonde bombshell is known for her racy and confident and recently bared all in a racy thong selfie.

Ireland left little to the imagination in the pH๏τo in question, turning around while on a rooftop to bare her pale behind while donning only a pair of heels and a towel around her head.

But though she was proud to flaunt her figure, the model’s father Alec wasn’t as thrilled by her provocative display, commenting on the Instagram with: ‘I’m sorry. What?’

Baldwin is an outspoken advocate of body positivity, especially since she revealed she suffered a battle with anorexia when she was younger.

In June, she wrote to her Instagram followers: ‘I want to be as real as possible with everyone that follows me because to be quite honest, what is even the point of social media if you can’t be who you truly are?’

‘I’m not here to mindf*** all of you into believing I am something that I’m not.

‘I’m forever on a journey of finding my better self and I will continue to work as hard as I can to make MYSELF proud.

On the relationship front, Baldwin began dating Corey Harper a musician, in 2018.
