Henry Cavill and Gina Carano have split for a second time.
The Man Of Steel actor and the MMA fighter-turned-actress – who rekindled their relationship in October 2013 following a brief split – ended their romance some time ago, according to E! News.
A source told the website: ‘The break-up happened a while ago.’
Gina, 32, and Henry, 31, first started dating in September 2012, shortly after he ended his engagement to showjumper Ellen Whitaker.
They were inseparable until a split in May and in July it was revealed that Henry was seeing Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco.
However, the pair split after two high-profile weeks together, leading some people to wonder if it was just a publicity stunt.
Over the 10 days the two were spotted gallivanting around Los Angeles on various romantic outings.
Some of their PDA drenched appearances included holding hands while grocery shopping and a sweaty hike in the Hollywood Hills.
The duo – who both are represented by the same Beverly Hills-based publicity firm Viewpoint Inc – had entered into the romance off the heels of recent breakups.
Kaley, 29, had recently split with Bret Bollinger while Cavill was on the rebound form Carano.
Then in October last year, the handsome Superman actor was seen dining with Gina in Rome, Italy, while on a break from filming The Man From U.N.C.L.E. with director Guy Ritchie in the ancient city.
Since rekindling their romance, the couple were extremely low-key but they hit the headlines when they adopted a dog together.

They added, ‘Both Henry and Gina are genuine and a joy to be around. It was truly an honor to add them to our extended family and thank them for their patience in meeting us and our children. It’s not everyday that an A-list celebrity, much less 2 celebrities come to Beebe, AR to visit.’
